Everything below is a working system, not a mockup. Where a number appears, it is either a live product fact or explicitly labeled as sample data.
Backbrief
Backbrief
Launched 2026-07-14. A multi-agent operating system for Claude Code: an orchestrator plans the work, routes it to specialist agents, and a fresh-context verifier checks the result before it is called done. Free Backbrief Kit (12 agents, 8 commands, 10 rules, 4 bundled skills) plus Backbrief Business OS, the complete paid bundle, with live checkout.
Four commands run a business decision the way a careful operator would: /intake turns a brain dump into a brief, /plan turns the brief into 90-day units, /grade scores the plan 1-10 against a public six-dimension rubric with five distinct advisor lenses, /approve records the owner's go or no-go. The bundle's own worked example graded its maker's first business a C (6.4) and the owner pivoted. Honest grading, not a rubber stamp.
A Google Maps visibility site for home-service pros in the Charleston metro and South Carolina: geo-grid audits, an honest report, and work on the local ranking signals an owner can actually control. Site built, lead capture wired server-side to GHL, booking live.

Third-party skill evaluation
Evaluated a 25-skill third-party list for resale inside the kit line: verified licenses via the GitHub API, cleared 16 skills to vendor as-is with attribution, flagged 6 that need rework before shipping, and excluded 3 (one has no license, two are already free elsewhere). Manifest and attribution docs are part of the Backbrief Business OS bundle.
Commercial real estate operations
Three tools, built on sample data, shown on request.
Meridian Gable is the CRE operating venture under Charles Ashe AI. These three tools are real, running automations, not slide mockups. Every figure below comes from a synthetic sample lease and reconciliation, not a client engagement.
CAM reconciliation discrepancy checker
Reads a landlord's annual CAM reconciliation against the tenant's lease terms and flags the recoveries tenants are most often overbilled for, then drafts a tenant-ready challenge letter. On the sample lease, it finds $27,757 of overbilling on a $94,234 billed share, flipping the position from $16,234 owed to the landlord to $11,523 owed back to the tenant.
Reads a commercial lease PDF and produces a one-page structured abstract: parties, premises, term, rent, CAM, options, security, insurance, key provisions, critical dates, and the standard provisions the lease does not address.
Reads a commercial lease PDF, extracts every date-driven obligation, option, and deadline, then builds a dated tracker with status and lead-time alerts, sorted by urgency.
